This Cookie Policy defines the rules for storing and accessing information (cookies and other technologies, including local storage) by NETGO Sp. z o.o. on the end device (computer, smartphone, tablet) of the user of the NETGO Portal and its sub-pages.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files created by a web server and stored on the user's end device. The purpose of saving cookies is to store user data in the browser, including session information and language preferences. Local storage files facilitate the use of registration forms and may store personal data. Data can be accessed only by the service that generated the cookies or local storage files.
2. Types of Cookies We Use
NETGO uses the following types of cookies:

| Language preference cookie | Stores the user's language preference for future visits | Persistent |
| Google Analytics | Calculate visitor numbers, sessions, and campaigns; track site usage. Information is anonymised via a randomly generated identifier. | Up to 2 years |
| Google Universal Analytics | Reduce the number of requests and limit data storage on high-traffic websites | Persistent |

3. Session and Persistent Cookies
The NETGO website uses:
- Session cookies — deleted immediately after the user leaves the website (when the browser session ends)
- Persistent cookies — remain on the user's end device for a defined period or until manually deleted
Local storage files are generally not deleted automatically and may remain on the device until cleared by the user or by the browser.
4. Advertising and Personalisation
NETGO collaborates with advertising partners — Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. (Microsoft Advertising) and Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Ads) — to assess campaign performance and deliver personalised advertising. These partners may place cookies to:
- Display ads tailored to your interests
- Analyse conversions and user interactions after clicking on ads
- Measure the reach and effectiveness of advertising campaigns
Data collected is technical in nature (device or cookie identifiers) and does not include sensitive personal data such as your name, e-mail address, or vehicle information. All use for advertising or personalisation requires your explicit consent.
5. Managing Cookie Preferences
You may manage your cookie preferences at any time:
- Cookie settings interface — use the cookie settings panel on the NETGO website
- Browser settings — block or delete cookies via your browser's privacy settings
- Opt out of personalised advertising:
After opting out of personalised advertising, you may still see ads, but they will not be personalised. Fully disabling cookies may limit website functionality.
6. Legal Basis
Strictly necessary cookies are used on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — they are essential for the website to function. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
