This Privacy Policy applies to all websites operated by NETGO Sp. z o.o. ("Vignette Register"), including: vignetteregister.com, vignetteczech.eu, slovakiavignette.eu, bulgariavignette.eu, vignetteslovenia.eu, vignetteschweiz.eu, vignetteromania.eu.

Provided in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), effective 25 May 2018, updated April 2026.

III. Categories of Personal Data Processed

  • Identity & contact data: first name, last name, e-mail address; optionally billing address
  • Vehicle data: licence plate number, country of registration, vehicle category
  • Order & billing data: order number, selected product, amount paid, payment status. Payment tokens are managed by payment service providers — NETGO does not store card numbers.
  • Communications: messages sent to NETGO via support channels
  • Technical data: IP address, cookie identifiers, session data, and event logs (used for security and analytics; not used for automated profiling under Art. 22 GDPR)

IV. Purposes and Legal Basis of Processing

  • Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): Processing orders, registering vignettes and route tolls on the User's behalf in the official system of the Relevant Authority, order communications, issuing order confirmations and receipts.
  • Legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): Tax and accounting records, responses to requests from public authorities.
  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): Service security, establishment and defence of claims, service quality analytics, direct marketing of NETGO's own services, consent log retention.
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): Service review invitations (Trustpilot), marketing and analytics cookies, personalised advertising.

Trustpilot: NETGO may contact the User by e-mail to invite them to review NETGO's services. For this purpose, NETGO uses Trustpilot A/S (Pilestrade 58, 5th floor, 1112 Copenhagen, Denmark), acting as a data processor on NETGO's behalf. The User's name, e-mail address, and order number are shared with Trustpilot solely to collect and publish service reviews. Trustpilot's privacy policy: legal.trustpilot.com/end-user-privacy-terms.

V. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising

NETGO uses strictly necessary cookies for session management and language preferences. Upon your consent, NETGO also uses analytics and marketing cookies.

Advertising and personalisation: NETGO collaborates with Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. (Microsoft Advertising) and Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Ads) to assess campaign performance, limit ad frequency, and deliver personalised advertising. These partners may place cookies or similar technologies on your device to:

  • display ads tailored to your interests;
  • analyse conversions and user interactions after clicking on ads;
  • measure the reach and effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

Data collected via these cookies is technical in nature (e.g. device or cookie identifiers) and does not include sensitive personal data such as your name, e-mail address, or vehicle information. All use of such data for advertising or personalisation requires your explicit consent.

Cookie types used:

  • PHP session cookie — manages the user's session; deleted when the browser is closed
  • Language preference cookie — stores the user's language preference for future visits
  • Google Analytics cookies — visitor numbers, sessions, and campaigns; information is anonymised
  • Google Universal Analytics cookies — reduce the number of requests on high-traffic websites
  • Yandex Metrica cookie — visitor analytics; information is anonymised

VI. Opt-Out and Consent Management

You may withdraw consent for analytics, marketing, or personalisation cookies at any time by:

  • Adjusting cookie preferences via the cookie settings interface on the NETGO website
  • Using browser settings to block or delete cookies
  • Opting out of personalised advertising at: Microsoft, Google, or Your Online Choices

After opting out of personalised advertising, the User may still see ads, but they will not be personalised.

VII. Recipients of the Data

NETGO discloses or may disclose personal data to:

  • Relevant Authorities — government bodies authorised to issue digital vignettes (SFDI/eDalnice CZ, NDS/eZnamka SK, BG TOLL BG, DARS/eVinjeta SI, BAZG/via.admin.ch CH, CNAIR/CESTRIN RO)
  • Payment service providers — including PayU, Klarna, Ingenico, PayPal, Stripe — acting as independent data controllers
  • IT, hosting, legal, and accounting providers — acting as data processors on NETGO's behalf
  • Trustpilot A/S — for collecting and publishing service reviews
  • Advertising partners — Google Ireland Ltd. and Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. — subject to the User's consent

VIII. Transfers Outside the EEA

Where personal data are transferred outside the European Economic Area (e.g. the USA via payment providers or analytics tools), such transfers take place on the basis of the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other appropriate safeguards under Chapter V of the GDPR. The User has the right to obtain a copy of the data transferred.

IX. Data Retention

  • Order and billing records: up to 6 years (tax and accounting obligations; limitation period for claims)
  • Communications (support, complaints): up to 3 years (limitation period for claims)
  • Technical data and event logs: up to 12 months (security monitoring)
  • Consent-based data (marketing, reviews): until consent is withdrawn
  • Consent logs (checkbox records, timestamps, IP addresses): up to 12 months from the transaction date, for dispute and chargeback defence

X. Rights of Data Subjects

NETGO guarantees all Users the exercise of rights granted by the GDPR:

  1. The right to access personal data
  2. The right to rectification of incorrect or incomplete data
  3. The right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
  4. The right to restriction of processing
  5. The right to data portability
  6. The right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (including direct marketing — unconditional)
  7. The right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing
  8. The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — in Poland: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw

XI. Obligation to Provide Data

Providing personal data is voluntary. However, providing the required data is a condition for concluding and performing the Agreement. Failure to provide all required data will prevent the conclusion and execution of the Agreement and the use of NETGO's Services.

XII. Profiling

Personal data of Users are not subject to automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.

XIII. Security

NETGO applies appropriate technical and organisational security measures proportionate to the risk, including TLS encryption, access controls, event logging, and regular security testing, to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or destruction.

XIV. Changes to This Policy

NETGO may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in legal requirements or NETGO's services. The latest version will always be published on the NETGO website with its effective date. Continued use of NETGO's services after publication constitutes acceptance of the changes.
